Products will be delivered in usually 1 to 5 working days.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over €180.00. Standard delivery fee in Ireland is €6.50.

Orders placed before 12pm, usually arrives next day, however this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can take 3 – 7 working days during very busy periods. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluded bank holidays). If your product is out of stock you will be notified by email and estimated delivery will be advised. All delivery charges are subject to change and delivery is subject to credit card authorisation, and stock availability.

Returns & Refunds policy:

Upon receipt of the goods, the purchaser is asked to immediately check that the goods supplied are in accordance with the order. Any transport damages should be communicated in writing to Beauty Colours within 7 days from receipt of the products by email to: info@beautycolours.ie.

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all user information. The Distance selling regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop.

To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please submit this via email to: info@beautycolours.ie. When exercising the right to cancel during the "cooling-off" period, goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Do not refuse to accept the goods from your postal service, accept the goods from your postal service and the correct address to return the goods will be supplied within 24 working hours.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions to return the item. We will send you the correct address to return the goods, this may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.

Assuming that our returns policy is adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are quality (packaging, best to use date) checked before dispatching from us.If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to info@beautycolours.ie. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 7-day returns policy described above.

Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide instructions to return the item.Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unopened/unused.

Assuming that our return’s policy is adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
